Mr. Surawut Sukjareonsin, Chief Strategy Officer of L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited (LPN) announced that the company has established a subsidiary specifically for security services named “LSS Security Solutions Company Limited” (LSS), which will provide security services at international standards, offering alternative services that differ from typical security companies by integrating technology to enhance quality of life and safety in residential areas.

“LPN is not solely focused on real estate development for profit; it aims for sustainable development while providing long-term customer care. Therefore, it established LPN Property Management Company Limited (LPP) to manage projects developed by LPN under the concept of ‘livable communities,’ which has been widely recognized and successful, allowing the expansion of services to over 50 external projects. Thus, to enhance service comprehensiveness and strengthen service capabilities, “LSS Security Solutions Company Limited” was established under LPP,”

 

Mr. Surawut also stated that currently, the security business plays a crucial role for various organizations and holds significant business value. Having its own security company allows the LPN group not only to manage costs effectively but also to control and ensure the quality of personnel working in security efficiently. He is confident that LSS will grow by leveraging the strengths of both LPN and LPP in business expansion, including financial stability, industry expertise, and existing customer bases and business partnerships.
